Application Developer/Business Analyst - Aurora, NY
The Application Developer/Business Analyst is responsible for helping to provide support for the ERP/POS/E-Commerce business applications currently in use, developing and supporting all custom .NET applications in use and driving efficiencies in the organization through Business Process Improvement. The Application Developer/Business Analyst is a key member of the applications development team responsible for the entire life cycle of company-wide applications. This person works closely with customers to understand business process and gather requirements. Once the business process and customer requirements are understood and documented, the Application Developer will develop and test the application to make sure that all requirements are met and train the customers. Requires the development of Windows and ASP.Net web applications using C#, SQL server experience and being capable of writing T-SQL queries, procedures and functions. Requires solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others. Requires 24/7 on call support on a rotational basis. Desired skills include experience with E-commerce or retail POS systems, ERP systems in manufacturing environments, Crystal Reports for .Net and SQL Server administration including SSRS and/or SSIS.

Furniture Decorator - Aurora, NY
Furniture Decorators sought for decorating and painting furniture with landscapes and faux finishes, utilizing samples for reference. Will train people with good color sensibilities who are receptive to instruction and open to critique. Previous hand or craft work experience strongly preferred. Four day work week Mon-Thurs 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. Medical and dental benefits available after successful completion of the 90 day trial period. Position requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent.
Shipping Packer - Aurora, NY
Crate and pack furniture line products at the main studio for transport and storage in our finished goods warehouse. Prior experience with hand tools preferred. Will also pack smaller items for direct shipment from the Aurora shop directly to our customers. Work as a member of a team flexing to fill changing priorities. High school diploma or GED required.
Kiln Worker (part time) - Aurora, NY
Load and unload kilns, learn proper handling of ware, kiln process control standards and programming. Attention to detail, organization, efficiency and self motivation are key to ensuring successful kiln firings. Repetitive movement and lifting of materials/product weighing upwards of 20 lbs required. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Component Warehouse/Receiving - Aurora, NY

Work with supervisor, trainer and quality control to achieve quality decorated pottery in an efficient manner, recognizing harmony in color and proportion.
