Cheltenham Chandelier
Handsome from any distance, the elaborate splendor of our Cheltenham Chandelier emerges upon closer inspection. Hand-painted onto a curved majolica silhouette, the palette of Courtly Checks incorporates a dash of rich jewel tones into each brushstroke. Likewise, faux marble is a multi-colored, many layered creation. After texturing hues of blues, greens, violets and yellows with natural sea sponges, artisans use tools as unconventional as bird feathers to sculpt the veins that give marble its unmistakable cast, resulting in a one-of-a-kind masterpiece each time. Four graceful arms of solid cast brass support antiqued candle sleeve columns complete with drips, and the brass hanging chain is covered in a rich black silk. Other features include embellishments of gold lustre, a multi-colored tea tassel, and paper shades with brass and red glass beads. Perfect in a formal dining room, grand entrance hall, or anywhere else you want to show you appreciation of the art form.
