Assistant Product Manager – Aurora, NY

Assist bringing new products to market with participation in creating, launching and implementing new products. This includes, but is not limited to: SKU creation, purchase order maintenance, report creation and analysis. Work with the Product Manager to ensure products meet or exceed predetermined gross margin targets and assist to maintain the specifications and product details. Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan. Assess market competition by researching and comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products. Write purchase orders for all outsourced products as forecasted and maintain agreed changes. Coordinate with the quality control team and subsequently work with product managers and vendors to identify issues with incoming products and rectify the issue. Conduct periodic product analysis. Review invoices for accuracy prior to payment approval. General support to product managers. B.A. in related field or equivalent. Computer/office software proficiency including MS Office Suite; Photoshop skills a plus. Demonstrated tracking and reporting skills.

Digital Marketing Coordinator – Aurora, NY

Responsible for supporting the execution, reporting, and analysis of all direct-to-consumer digital, social, and e-mail programs for our MacKenzie-Childs and Jay Strongwater brands. Requires a BA or BS degree with a major in Business, Marketing, or Communications. 1-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with basic HTML/CSS knowledge and/or social media management a plus. Must be a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Digital marketing or social media certification a plus.

Executive Assistant to the CEO – Aurora, NY

Provide skilled administrative coordination of directives, communications, analysis and scheduling for CEO and senior leadership team. Requires a BA or BS Degree and proven Microsoft Office 365 skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build Excel models given a general or specific objective. Requires strong organization skills, attention to details and the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have relevant professional experience supporting a high-level executive and preferably a full executive leadership team with unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.

Furniture Decoration – Aurora, NY

Decorating and painting furniture with landscapes and faux finishes, utilizing samples for reference. Will train people with good color sensibilities who are receptive to instruction and open to critique. Previous hand or craft work experience strongly preferred. Four day work week Mon-Thurs 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. Medical and dental benefits available after successful completion of the 90 day trial period. Position requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent.

IT Team Admin – Aurora, NY

Work with supervisor, trainer and quality control to achieve quality decorated pottery in an efficient manner, recognizing harmony in color and proportion. Part time retail sales associate for our headquarters store located in Aurora NY on the shores of beautiful Cayuga lake. Retail hours 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, some weekend days required. Tour Guide, part time – Aurora, NY

Tour Guide sought for our Farmhouse tours showcasing MacKenzie-Childs product in our fully restored and decorated farmhouse showplace. Learn to present the history and stories behind our unique brand to our customers that have traveled to our headquarters in Aurora. Must be genuinely interested in the brand and the people who have traveled to experience it. Must be able to speak comfortably in public, communicate effectively and answer questions. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Video Intern – Aurora, NY

Shoot & edit video segments for external use. We are looking for someone not only to help us create professional video content, but also to help reflect our product and brand culture through this medium. As an intern you will report directly to the VP of Marketing to develop your knowledge of video production as it relates to digital marketing and social media, while gaining exposure to an integrated marketing strategy and strengthening your creative thinking and design capabilities.

Visual Production Associate – Aurora, NY

Creative, self-motivated, strong artist vision along with fabrication skills, including working with hand tools. Ability to read and execute plans and diagrams. Ability to work as both part of a team, and independently with little supervision. Highly organized with attention to detail. Freight Coordinator – Auburn, NY

Major Accounts Order Fulfillment Supervisor – Auburn, NY

Major Account Order Fulfillment Supervisor has the primary objective of getting all major accounts orders picked, packed and shipped within the ship windows provided. Major accounts are defined currently as Neiman Marcus and Saks but additions may be made over time as business increases.

Assembly, Packing and Shipping – Union Springs, NY

Shipping Coordinator – Union Springs, NY

We are looking for a candidate that has less than truckload shipping experience and is familiar with using the NMFC classification guidelines to identify the NMFC code and class for outbound LTL shipments. The candidate should be comfortable with using the major freight carrier’s website Bill of lading tool to create the necessary shipping documents. The candidate must be familiar with MS Outlook and MS Excel. The ideal candidate has between 2-4 years of experience in this field, good communication skills, and the ability to work independent of direct supervision.
