WHAT IS MACKENZIE-CHILDS REWARDS?

MacKenzie-Childs Rewards is our rewards program that gives members exclusive access to perks. It’s free to join and the benefits are free to use. Earn points on purchases and redeem those points for special rewards. The more you shop, the more you can earn!

HOW DO I JOIN?

To join MacKenzie-Childs Rewards, simply create an account here and immediately start earning. If you already have an account, you have been automatically enrolled; just sign in and shop. It’s that easy!

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on mackenzie-childs.com and in our retail stores in Aurora, NY, and New York, NY. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours after purchase. In addition, you can earn points for: creating an account (50 points), adding your birthday (30 points), subscribing to email and text alerts (30 points each), following us on Facebook and Instagram (15 points each), and/or referring a friend* (500 points).

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Points can be redeemed for a $15 reward in exchange for 500 points or a $30 reward in exchange for 1,000 points. Once you have signed into your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account, you can choose your preferred amount of points to redeem in the dropdown at checkout. You may also redeem your points by contacting us at rewards@mackenzie-childs.com. The net amount of your order (after all other discounts have applied) must be greater than or equal to the reward of $15 or $30. There is a limit of one reward per order and points will be deducted once the order has been completed.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes. Your points will expire if you have not had activity on your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months or more.

HOW LONG DO I KEEP MY TIER STATUS?

You have 12 months from the date you entered your tier to maintain your status. Upon reaching the next tier, a new one-year period begins. You must meet the required-spend threshold to keep that tier status each year.

WHAT ARE MY BENEFITS AND REWARDS?

See above for a full list of tier-based benefits. Your reward coupons will be emailed to you when you earn them. You will receive a coupon for 10% off your first order as a member shortly after joining the rewards program. In addition, add your birthday and you will receive a coupon for 10%, 15%, or 20% off on your special day! Other tier-based reward coupons, such as free freight shipping, will be emailed to you when you reach that tier status. Reward coupons expire 30 days after they have been awarded.

DO YOU OFFER A REFERRAL PROGRAM? *

Yes. Don’t keep MacKenzie-Childs Rewards to yourself! Give your friends $15 off of their first order of $150 or more and get $15 off (in points) for each successful referral. For a referral to be successful, each friend that you refer must be a new customer (has not ordered from MacKenzie-Childs before), must place an order of $150 or more, and must order through your unique referral link. If these requirements have been met, your 500 points will be automatically added to your account. To refer a friend, use your unique referral link within the "Refer A Friend" section above. You can send an invitation to your friend via direct link, email, or social media.

HOW DO I VIEW MY MACKENZIE-CHILDS REWARDS ACCOUNT?

First, sign into your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account here. Then, navigate to this page or your "Loyalty + Rewards" dashboard to view your benefits, point balance, and rewards history.

WHAT IS REPLACING MY ANNUAL GIFT?

Out with the old, in with the new! If you are a Silver, Gold, or Platinum MacKenzie-Childs Rewards member, you will receive an end-of-the-year surprise each December. This will be a special "thank you" gift from us to you. Psst—the wait is worth it!

WHAT IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Points earned by purchasing a product that is later canceled or returned will be deducted from your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account.

WHY AM I MISSING POINTS FROM MY PURCHASE?

There are two reasons why you may not have been awarded points for your purchase. First, in order to award you points, we need to know that you are a member of our rewards program. You must sign into your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account or provide your registered email address at purchase. Second, points cannot be awarded for purchases made prior to joining our rewards program. If you feel something is missing, please contact us at rewards@mackenzie-childs.com.

CAN I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

Yes. You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive email communications that are an integral part of our rewards program, such as ones that contain exclusive benefits and reward coupons you have earned.

CAN I OPT OUT OF MACKENZIE-CHILDS REWARDS?

Yes. If you have joined our rewards program and feel you must opt out, please contact us at rewards@mackenzie-childs.com. If you elect to opt out or cancel your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account, you will not be able to redeem any unused points or retrieve any previously earned benefits and rewards. If you choose to opt back in later, your MacKenzie-Childs Rewards account will start over at zero.
