Delivery Information

Standard Delivery Charges

Unless otherwise indicated, delivery charges are based on the dollar volume of your order. Delivery charges are subject to change. You will be notified of any change in the delivery charge at the time your order is placed. Applicable sales tax will be added to all deliveries to New York and Florida.

Delivery times

Orders for in-stock items will ship within five business days from the day your order is placed, and will be sent via UPS or FedEx. Expect arrival within seven business days after we ship. A street address is required for all deliveries.

Important Shipping Notice

Orders placed after noon on Monday, January 7, will not be processed until Monday, January 14.

Overnight and 2-Day Expedited Delivery Methods

Overnight Delivery

Overnight delivery guarantees that in-stock orders will arrive by the end of the next business day if ordered before noon Eastern Time. A minimum charge of $29.95 per order will be added to the standard charges. Please note that Overnight delivery charges are an estimate and may increase based on package dimensions, weight, and number of items ordered. 2-Day Express Delivery

This service will ensure that in-stock orders will arrive in two business days if ordered before noon Eastern time. A minimum charge of $19.95 per order will be added to the standard charges. Please note that 2-Day Express delivery charges are an estimate and may increase based on package dimensions, weight, and number of items ordered. Fixed Delivery Charges

Some items, based on weight and dimensions, ship to you for a fixed delivery charge instead of a charge based on dollar value. Fixed delivery charges reflect a savings that we are able to pass along to you. The charge for fixed delivery will not be included in the order subtotal on which standard delivery charges are applied. In our online store, this additional charge will be included in the total shipping charge displayed before you complete your purchase. When ordering by phone, Customer Service can inform you whether items you select are eligible for a fixed delivery charge and the amount of the charge.

Freight Delivery

For items that require freight delivery, after receiving your order, we will provide a quote based on the cost to delivery to your address.

In-Home Delivery (White Glove Service)

We offer a white-glove delivery service if you would like to have furniture and other large items brought into your home, unpacked, assembled if required, placed at your discretion, and packing materials removed.
