Please note, holiday orders (in-stock items only; excludes freight) must be placed by December 15th at 11:59pm EST for guaranteed delivery by December 24th. Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for extended holiday returns.
Standard Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise indicated, delivery charges are based on the dollar volume of your order. Delivery charges are subject to change. You will be notified of any change in the delivery charge at the time your order is placed.

Freight Delivery
Some items do require freight delivery due to the shipping weight and size of the items. Freight delivery items have a set delivery fee, which will appear during checkout. Freight costs typically range from $195 to $500 per item.

Please note: The carrier will not bring the item inside your home.
Once your order is placed and ready to ship, the below steps will occur:

The freight carrier will pick your item(s) up from our warehouse. You will receive email confirmation, so you know your shipment is on its way.

The freight company will call you at the number you provide at checkout to schedule a delivery date and time frame. Signature is required at the time of delivery.

Be sure to inspect the delivery upon arrival for any visible damage before signing the delivery. If there is visible damage, please refuse the delivery and contact customer service.

Save any packaging materials until you have fully inspected your item. If there is damage upon opening your delivery, please notify customer service within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
In-Home Delivery (White Glove Service)
Select items may require white-glove delivery at an additional charge, due to the weight, size, or assembly requirement for the item. Any items requiring this upgraded delivery will be clearly noted. Please contact our customer service department with any questions.
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Delivery
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are eligible for standard shipping only; Freight, white glove, and expedited shipping are not available to these locations. The standard delivery charge is 25% of the order's subtotal.
International Delivery
Orders outside the United States (all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico) cannot be placed with MacKenzie-Childs directly at this time. Please use our store locator to find a distributor in your area.
Backorders
Expected delivery dates for backordered items are subject to change.
State sales tax
Due to our corporate presence and/or corporate activities, we must charge state sales tax in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming. The tax charged includes all state and local sales taxes that apply, and is based on the product subtotal plus shipping (where applicable).
