On a tranquil Victorian farm overlooking Cayuga Lake, we produce world-renowned majolica tableware, home furnishings, and more. Just one mile north of the charming village of Aurora, New York, MacKenzie-Childs is a world away from the day-to-day. Stroll in our Gardens, In every season, our magnificent, everchanging gardens celebrate nature’s grand design. Our 65-acre farm includes the production studio, a restored Victorian farmhouse, a duck pond, the gothic revival Chicken Palace aviary, and a meadow where a herd of Scottish Highland cattle graze. The grounds are open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm daily.

Watch a Studio Tour video in our new Visitor Center. The 15-minute video tour takes you behind the scenes from design through production, showing our talented artisans at work as they handcraft and paint the extraordinary pieces we create. Live demonstrations in the visitor center are also are offered daily.

Tour The Farmhouse. Exquisitely restored, the Farmhouse showcases MacKenzie-Childs designs in a variety of traditional interiors. Daily guided tours take you through 15 rooms on three floors, each one a design inspiration.

Just relax. The Courtly Check Courtyard is a lovely spot to rest, with several umbrella-covered tables surrounding a fountain. Light refreshments and snacks are served during the summer season. For lunch, or for dinner, head south to the historic village of Aurora.

Visit The Shop. Last but not least, a trip to MacKenzie-Childs wouldn't be complete without a stop into the shop. Walk past the umbrella tables of the Courtly Check Courtyard you'll come to the shop entrance. This light-filled and charming store displays the complete line of MacKenzie-Childs products and delightful gifts from around the world. Serendipities await our avid collectors. Stunning furniture, lighting, rugs, and tableware will make choosing the hardest part of your visit. Open daily, 9:30 am-6:00 pm.
