AURORA, NY – MacKenzie-Childs announces its first ever partnership with the quintessentially English cult beauty brand Cowshed with the launch of two striking handcare products this February 2012.
The Cowshed for MacKenzie-Childs collaboration is a colourful design partnership, featuring two of Cowshed’s most iconic products – Grubby Cow and Cow Slip - wrapped in a new print designed by MacKenzie-Childs and inspired by the original Cowshed packaging concepts of sweet, delicate flowers. The perfect complement to Mackenzie-Childs ‘tradition with a twist’ design aesthetic, the Cowshed for Mackenzie-Childs handcare brings a fresh new spin to a staple household beauty duo.
Cowshed boasts a natural and therapeutic product line known for good, clean fun using no artificial colors or fragrances, and no animal products except organic beeswax and wildflower honey.
- Grubby Cow Hand Wash ($24) – Infused with peppermint oil, a cooling antiseptic, to help stimulate and rejuvenate the hand, plus sweet orange oil to cleanse and tone; this zesty wash gently cleans without drying
- Cow Slip Hand Cream ($26) – The healing properties of spearmint oil makes this a must for over-worked hands, while petitgrain oil maintains moisture, preventing dryness and restoring supple skin for younger looking hands
