We are happy to help you place an order for international delivery. The easiest, fastest way to do so is to shop online and during the checkout process follow the instructions for International Shipping. You will receive an International Shipping cost and you can complete your transaction online. If you prefer, you can submit an International Delivery Quote Request from (see link below) or contact our Customer Service Department seven days a week (8:00 am - 9:00 pm Eastern Standard Time). To contact customer service, you first use the international access code followed by 1-888-665-1999.

To request international delivery cost information:

1. Fill out an International Delivery Quote Request form.
   
   If you prefer a printed form which can be faxed to us, please use the PDF version. This can be faxed to (international access code +)1-315-364-5190. You may also call our customer service department to request an international delivery quote at (00+1) 888-665-1999 during normal business hours (8:00 am - 9:00 pm ET every day). Please do not include credit card or payment information on this request form.
   
   We will contact you via email with a delivery quote within three business days. The cost of shipping as well as delivery time will be determined based on the destination of the order. Please note that duties and taxes are responsibility of the recipient and are not calculated by MacKenzie-Childs.
2. After you receive delivery cost information:
   You may place an order by phone, fax or mail. If ordering by fax or mail, please use the appropriate order form below (based on delivery destination).

Q: What is the cost to ship internationally?
A: The cost will vary depending on the shipping address and products ordered. Customers will receive a delivery quote, within three business days, which is based on the criteria above.

Q: How long will it take for delivery?
A: We will provide you with an estimated delivery date range, which will depend on the product weight and delivery location, at the same time we provide the shipping quote.

Q: Do you calculate duties and taxes for orders shipping outside the US?
A: We do not calculate duties or taxes on international orders. The recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes, which will be due at time of delivery.
